All of our orders are custom-made, on-demand. When you order a poster, we will print it just for you, and therefore we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. By law, customized items are not entitled to a refund. If for any reason you aren’t happy with your print, please send us an email at email@example.com and we’ll do our best to help!
Frames are also not eligible for return. If your frame arrived damaged, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within two weeks so that we can replace your order. Please make sure to include the following:
- An image of the damaged product as well as the damaged packaging
- Order ID number
We take pride in our prints and package them with the utmost care, so your order arrives safely and in great condition. Of course, we can't account for everything that may occur during transit which can damage your order. If your order arrives in less than perfect condition, please send us an email via email@example.com, including an image of the damaged product and packaging, your order number, and a short message letting us know if you’d prefer a replacement for the damaged item or a refund.
